Veritas Data Partners Enterprise data consulting

How we work

A clear engagement from start to finish.

Every engagement follows the same four stages. Each one produces something concrete you can review before the next begins, so you always know what you are getting, what it costs, and where the work is heading.

  1. Assess

The engagement begins with a review of the existing data estate: its architecture, the quality of the records within it, its running cost, and how it is used across the business. Technical assessment is combined with structured interviews, and findings are documented with supporting evidence. The result is a clear, substantiated picture of the current state and the priority issues, typically within two to four weeks.

  2. Plan

The firm then designs the target state and the path to it. The deliverable is a proposed architecture, a governance model, and a sequenced roadmap in which every step is scoped, priced, and ordered by the value it returns. The plan builds on the strengths of the existing investment rather than assuming a clean slate; where current systems are sound, it recommends retaining them.

  3. Deliver

Delivery proceeds in short, inspectable increments, so progress is visible and adjustments remain inexpensive. Seasoned consultants work alongside the client's engineers throughout, so knowledge transfers as the work proceeds and delivery does not depend on specialist hires the organization has not made. Work can be paused at any stage, with everything delivered to that point retained.

  4. Transition

On completion, the firm hands over cleanly, with documentation, runbooks, and the training the client's team needs to operate what was built. Where preferred, Veritas continues to run the platform under a managed service agreement with defined service levels. In either case, ownership and capability remain with the organization.
